While searching for a new home to fit our needs we looked at several new communities. When we stepped in the model home by CB Burkholder at Woodland Hills we knew this was going to be our dream home. We continued to look at other new homes to make sure we were making the right decision. This confirmed our decision as no other new home had the quality that CB Burkholder provides. As we were moving through the process, Don Beachy was so patient and informative. He guided us every step of the way. From start to finish the customer service is outstanding. The deadlines were all met in advance. We love our new home as does everyone who steps into our home. We would recommend CB Burkholder to anyone looking for a new home. -Grant and Diane

We were living out-of-state and looking to relocate back to central PA. We were fortunate to learn about CB Burkholder Homes and the Woodland Hills Community. While we were initially hesitant to build a new house long distance, our concerns were eased when we met Don and started our new home experience. The process was comprehensive but easy to navigate! Don walked us through everything, informed us of all of our options to customize our house and answered all of our questions directly and completely. During the building of our house, Don kept us updated through-out the entire process and our house was completed two weeks prior to the time line provided at the start of the project. CB Burkholder’s home quality is excellent. We have not encountered any issues since we bought the house. New construction homes are not a guarantee of a 100% free problem. So, I can say we are fortunate to come across quality artistry. Don Beachy was also excellent from the start and since buying the house. We still receive exceptional customer service from some personal needs we have as we live in the house. The building timeframe of the house is on point. You can’t beat the price of the house. After moving to central PA from NY, we discovered Woodland Hills and CB Burkholder Homes. We stopped in at the sales office and met Don Beachy. As we struck up our conversation it became obvious to us that he was a person that we would be able to easily work with. At that time he had some new townhouses that were just framed out and were getting ready to put on them on the market. He took us to see them and we both knew that this was exactly what we wanted. We went back to the office and told Don that this was the place for us. He spent a good part of that day helping us make our interior selections.
