The primary reasons we chose Green Park were location, price, quality of construction and available options. During the construction process we found CB Burkholder and their sales office to be on schedule and extremely responsive to all our needs.

Since living in Green Park, we have found all our expectations have been met or exceeded. We are very happy we chose this community.

I would highly recommend CB Burkholder to anyone looking to purchase a new construction home. The quality and craftsmanship is superb and many of the included features would be considered upgrades with other large area builders. The entire process was seamless from the start, beginning with Don, the customer service rep, who kept me well informed throughout the transaction. CB Burkholder’s customer service did not end the day of settlement. The employees who came out were friendly and extremely accommodating. I’m a very pleased homeowner.
