We were nervous about the whole house building option when we were looking to buy a bigger home for our growing family. After looking at many already built homes with no success on finding a floor plan we wanted, we cautiously started to speak with builders. One meeting with Don from CB Burkholder was all that it took for us to make up our minds. We loved the ease of the buying process and were surprised at all the beautiful options for the home that came standard. Throughout the entire process Don and the entire team at CB Burkholder were very accommodating with our requests, fully explained and answered all our questions. The transition into our new home was everything we were looking for and more…. easy, straightforward and seamless.
