They say that building a home can be very stressful. I can honestly say that working with CB Burkholder was not stressful at all. We had looked at many new home developments to build a home that we plan to retire in. We settled on CB Burkholder and am so glad we did. They had, by far, the most reasonable prices as well as the best layout for our needs. CB Burkholder accommodated us as we planned our dream home. Don Beachy was easy to work with. He answered our questions and followed up with everything we had a concern or question about. We know we have a solidly built home and are looking forward to many years here!

While searching for a new home to fit our needs we looked at several new communities. When we stepped in the model home by CB Burkholder at Woodland Hills we knew this was going to be our dream home. We continued to look at other new homes to make sure we were making the right decision. This confirmed our decision as no other new home had the quality that CB Burkholder provides.
