We were in the midst of the home buying process and had never considered going the new construction route. That changed when we stumbled upon the Woodland Hills neighborhood on a whim. Upon meeting with Don and seeing some of the ongoing construction, we knew we had found our future home. One of the many selling points for us was the opportunity to witness their workspace firsthand and observe the clean and professional demeanor of the builders onsite. Our experience, from start to finish, was picture-perfect. We were actively involved in selecting finishes at their showroom, and Don graciously allowed us to visit occasionally to track the progress. Our build was completed on time. Since moving in, we’ve had a few inquiries, and their team has been consistently prompt and attentive in addressing them. We wholeheartedly recommend CB Burkholder Homes! -John and Noelle

CB Burkholder’s home quality is excellent. We have not encountered any issues since we bought the house. New construction homes are not a guarantee of a 100% free problem. So, I can say we are fortunate to come across quality artistry. Don Beachy was also excellent from the start and since buying the house. We still receive exceptional customer service from some personal needs we have as we live in the house. The building timeframe of the house is on point. You can’t beat the price of the house. After moving to central PA from NY, we discovered Woodland Hills and CB Burkholder Homes. We stopped in at the sales office and met Don Beachy. As we struck up our conversation it became obvious to us that he was a person that we would be able to easily work with. At that time he had some new townhouses that were just framed out and were getting ready to put on them on the market. He took us to see them and we both knew that this was exactly what we wanted. We went back to the office and told Don that this was the place for us. He spent a good part of that day helping us make our interior selections. The build was brought in on time and during the whole process Don was there to hold our hand and get us through the entire process. We were there often to watch the construction and I was really impressed with the efficiency of the workforce as well as their friendliness and willingness to talk to us during this process. The quality of their work was second to none and you could see the pride they showed in their work. We have now been in our home for almost 2 years and I continue to marvel at the quality of work.
