While searching for a new home to fit our needs we looked at several new communities. When we stepped in the model home by CB Burkholder at Woodland Hills we knew this was going to be our dream home. We continued to look at other new homes to make sure we were making the right decision. This confirmed our decision as no other new home had the quality that CB Burkholder provides. As we were moving through the process, Don Beachy was so patient and informative. He guided us every step of the way. From start to finish the customer service is outstanding. The deadlines were all met in advance. We love our new home as does everyone who steps into our home. We would recommend CB Burkholder to anyone looking for a new home.
