When we moved home to Pennsylvania we knew we wanted to build our home so we could get exactly what we wanted. With numerous builders in the area, there were many options to choose from, but the service we received from Don and CB Burkholder were second to none! Shopping for and building a house with a one year old is no easy task but Don was patient with us and was always quick to reply when we had questions or concerns! The builder standards and included features sold us quickly. We were able to customize our floor plan to truly make it fit our needs. Don made building a home an exciting process; selecting colors, cabinets and hardware, and all the finishing touches. We love our home and we are so thankful for the amazing work and quality we received from the CB Burkholder Team!
